September 20, 2023 (Omaha, NE) – Water Engineering Inc. (“WEI”), a portfolio company of Nolan Capital, announces the acquisition of Earthwise Environmental (“Earthwise”), a leading provider of innovative water treatment services and consultation for a variety of end market applications.

Earthwise Environmental, based in Wood Dale, IL, has been acquired by Water Engineering. Earthwise will join the Water Engineering platform and complement WEI’s expanding presence in water treatment solutions across 39 states. Founder Robert (“Bob”) Miller is remaining with Earthwise to ensure a smooth transition. There is a shared commitment to maintaining the brand name while continuing with the existing team and their strong value proposition, anchored in a service-first focus.
