The Technical Service Representative will provide onsite customer service for maintenance of all equipment Earthwise provides including water softening, reverse osmosis, filtration, and other technologies for water and energy savings as proposed by Earthwise.
You will provide technical and testing services to existing Earthwise accounts and prepare computer generated service reports summarizing each service call. The TSR works with Earthwise Sales/Field personnel on water/energy saving proposals within the existing customer base. You will train and communicate with existing equipment vendors to identify new technologies for water conservation and chemical reductions.
Earthwise is committed to the ongoing training and improvement of its staff, so you will become the “EWISE expert” on reverse osmosis, ion exchange, and membrane filter technologies as taught by Earthwise, so you can provide recommendations to customers for system and equipment improvements. You will also train in the “Know your Neighbor” program and work to increase the Earthwise customer base through cold-calling, growing your territory, base salary and commissionable sales.
Legionella is found in all water systems. It is particularly worrisome in systems that atomize water. Our experience and control methodology are being employed at the two largest teaching hospitals in Chicago.
